👋 Hey, I’m Eoin (Owen), a senior experience and service designer based in Sydney. I help teams navigate ambiguous problems and turn them into experiences that are simple, intuitive, and human.
Over the past four years, I’ve led teams designing multi-touchpoint services, websites, and portals. I leverage curiosity, visual thinking, and rapid prototyping to deliver solutions that reduce risk and make a real impact.

As a visual problem solver, I lead sense-making by mapping and visualising systems and concepts. These artefacts align teams quickly, surface hidden needs, and nudge users and stakeholders toward a shared future - turning ambiguity into clear next steps.

I embed AI as a collaborative tool within my design workflow—not a decision-maker or replacement for craft. I use it to accelerate research, explore ideas rapidly and prototype early, creating space for stronger judgement, earlier stakeholder alignment and higher-quality outcomes. Design rigour, empathy and accountability remain human-led.
